Digital Prepress Services & Features

• Stochastic Screening

  We employ stochastic screening to give you improved image quality and an overall improved quality on graphics. This allows us to reduce "hard edges" on photos, and avoid screen interference (moire patterns) that typically result from conventional printing.

• Ink Optimization

  Why use more? Our software runs an analysis of your piece and creates a formula that optimizes ink usage on the print run. This process drastically reduces ink waste on our production floor.

• Computer to Plate (CTP)

  CTP means we can generate plates easily and quickly, direct from the digital publishing files. CTP allows us to get your work plated and on the presses in a fraction of the time.

• Online Upload and Proof

  Clients can upload their work online via our FTP gateway and then proof the final piece via our Kodak INSITE (what's this?) proofing portal. This means proofs can be viewed and approved faster than ever before, with less delays.
