How to Submit Material

This is our preferred method of uploading and processing files. InSite is our web portal which allows you to upload and manage work quickly, securely, and easily. Simply login with your assigned username and password–from anywhere, at any time. The system keeps track of all your activity, including job submissions and change requests. Acceptable Media Formats

Please upload files to us in PDF format because of its cross-platform compatibility, image and font embedding, and smaller file size benefits. We can accept files created in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), QuarkXPress and other popular formats in the print industry if need be. If you have a document that you would like to have printed that was created with software not found on this list, please contact us.

Acceptable Media Types

The Page 1 Printers Prepress Department works primarily on Mac computers, as is true with the majority of the printing industry. We prefer customers use the InSite portal to upload and proof files.  However, if need be, we can accepts Mac-formatted disks and files (which are the standard), or PC-formatted media as well.

We can take your Mac or PC files from electronic transfer (FTP/email), CD, (CD, CD-R, CD-RW), DVD, (DVE, DVD-R, DED-RW), USB Flash Drive, or USB powered external hard drive. We can also accept your files on Firewire powered external hard drives but they must be Mac-formatted.

You can submit media via postal mail, delivery carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL), courier, and in-shop drop offs. If you are shipping your media to us, please address it to:
